The Answers You Need
HOW DO I GET STARTED
To begin the proposal process you will fill out my client information form. You can email that back to me and include some inspiration photos. This will give me an idea of quantities, budget and style. I will use this information to provide a detailed proposal.
HOW DO I BOOK
If you have a package from The Chateaux- you are already booked. If you do not and are booking florals separately, I can send you a contract. I will require a signed contract and a $1000 non refundable retainer at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your event date.
DO I KEEP THE FLOWERS?
After your event, you may keep the blooms, however all containers, candles and non-floral decor are rental items and must be left at the venue. If rental items are taken or damaged, you will receive a bill for replacement.
DO YOU WORK AT OTHER VENUES?
I primarily work at The Chateaux at Fox Meadows. If you have an event at another venue and would like to receive a proposal, please fill out my contact form to see if I am available.
